You should know exactly what you pay, and when. Every fee is disclosed before anyone participates in an offering, and there are no hidden charges.
Raising capital
Most of our fees are paid by businesses raising capital, and only when we deliver. Our headline success commission is charged only if your raise completes successfully.
Platform / listing fee
A one-off fee paid when your campaign is onboarded and listed.
Success commission
Payable only on a successful raise. If the threshold is not met, no commission is due.
Structuring & due diligence

Investing
We keep investor charges minimal. Registration is free. For every fundraise you invest in, a flat fundraising fee of GHS 20 is charged irrespective of the amount you invest. We do not apply any charges to your transaction beyond the standard fees of our payment provider — all charges will be shown to you before you confirm.
Do note that taxes will apply on some repayments. These include withholding taxes on dividends and rent. All deductions will be disclosed before you invest. We will never deduct an undisclosed fee from your investment or your returns.
Your money is held in a segregated escrow account with our licensed custodian bank, separate from Pesewa Rising’s own funds. Our fees are only ever drawn from the disclosed amounts, and never from money that belongs to you outside those disclosed charges.
Every fee, to the pesewa, is set out in writing in the Offering Document before any investor commits.
